Upon receipt of your issue, we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within a maximum of five (5) business days. We will investigate and address your complaint within a maximum of 20 business days and provide you with a written notice of the outcome.If you feel your issue has not been adequately addressed, you may escalate the issue to the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada. FCAC provides more detailed information on complaint handling and merchant rights.
