We will investigate and address your complaint within a maximum of 20 business days and provide you with a written notice of the outcome.<\/div>\n<div><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>If you feel your issue has not been adequately addressed, you may escalate the issue to the <span draggable=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/financial-consumer-agency.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Financial Consumer Agency of Canada<\/a><\/span>.
